Auden, Genrich and James -- BGSU's 2015 tri-captains -- all earn academic all-conference honors for the third consecutive year. All three earned Academic All-MAC honorable mention in 2013, the last year before the format was changed.
Flynn and Sullivan earn Academic All-MAC honors for the second-straight season, while Agyeman, Heuton and Macomber have been named to the team for the first time in their respective Falcon careers.
Â
Agyeman played in all 19 of BGSU's matches in 2015, making 17 starts. He tied for the team lead in assists, with five. The Columbus, Ohio product had two-assist games in back-to-back wins over SIUE and Western Illinois at Cochrane Stadium, assisting on the winning goal in both contests. He also had an assist in the Falcons' home win over IFPW.
Agyeman had a 3.380 cumulative grade-point average at BGSU entering the Fall 2015 semester.
Auden started all 19 matches, and played 1693 of a possible 1756 minutes in 2015. He had six points on a goal and four assists, tying for fourth on the team in assists and ranking fifth in points. His goal came on the road against an eventual NCAA Tournament team, as he scored late in the first half at Ohio State. Auden was named to the Veterans Memorial Cup All-Tournament Team as the Falcons were co-champions at that tourney in mid-September.
In the classroom, Auden has a 3.593 cumulative GPA in accounting.
Flynn had another stellar season for the Falcons, both on and off the field. one of just 30 players nationally named to the Hermann Trophy Watch List in August, he was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team after earning Academic All-America Second-Team honors last year. Flynn also was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team for the second consecutive year. On the field, he was named to the All-MAC Second Team. Flynn led the Falcons in scoring for the second time in his two years at BG, despite missing the last four matches due to injury. He had team-high totals of nine goals and 22 points, and added four assists. Flynn's three multiple-goal games included a hat trick and a pair of two-goal, one-assist outings.
Flynn, an accounting major, has a cumulative GPA of 3.791.
Genrich, after playing in all 60 of BGSU's matches during his first three years, missed much of his senior campaign due to injuries. AÂ central defender, he helped the Falcons post 23 shutouts in those three years, and helped the Brown and Orange keep two more clean sheets through the first four matches this season. Then, however, he missed two matches due to injury. Genrich returned to play in the next two matches, but suffered another injury in the second of those matches and missed the next eight contests. Genrich returned to play in the final three matches of the year, starting the last two. BGSU was 6-1-0 this season in matches in which he played at least 40 minutes.
In the classroom, Genrich has a 3.677 cumulative GPA as a supply chain management major.

He had 13 points on four goals and five assists in 2015, tying for the team assists lead and ranking fourth on the Falcons in both goals and points. James scored BGSU's first and last goals of the season, with the first goal in the Falcons' season-opening win over SIUE and the match-winning goal at Appalachian State in early November. He had a four-point match vs. Evansville, figuring in the scoring of all three BGSU goals, and also had two assists vs. Cleveland State. Beginning in the 2014-15 academic year, any student-athlete with a 3.20 GPA and participation in at least 50 percent of his/her team's contests was named to the Academic All-MAC Team for his/her particular sport. First-year students and junior college transfers in their first year of residence were not eligible for the award.
