SETTING THE SCENE / FOLLOW THE FALCONS
• The Bowling Green State University men's soccer team returns to the road for a pair of matches this week. Head coach Eric Nichols and the Falcons meet Milwaukee on Tuesday (Sept. 15), with first touch set for 5:00 p.m. locally (6:00 p.m. ET) at Engelmann Stadium.
• Then, the Orange and Brown will head to Erie, Pa., for a Saturday (Sept. 19) matchup with Mercyhurst. The Falcons and Lakers will meet in a 6:00 p.m. start at Saxon Stadium.
• BGSU's next home match is the Missouri Valley Conference opener against Western Michigan on Friday, Sept. 25.
TODAY'S PAGE-ONE-WORTHY NOTES
• BGSU's starting lineup has included at least three freshmen in every match this season to date. In fact, the Falcons have had at least four frosh in the Starting XI in five of the first six matches.
• So far this season, no fewer than eight different Falcons each have made the first start of their respective collegiate careers.
WHERE TO WATCH
Tuesday's match at Milwaukee will not be streamed. Saturday's contest at Mercyhurst will be streamed via NEC Front Row.
