Baseball Completes First Official Practice Monday

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -- The Bowling Green State University baseball team completed its first official practice of the fall on Monday (Sept. 12). Fall baseball is scheduled to run through Oct. 21, and it will conclude with the annual Orange and Brown World Series, which is slated to begin on Oct. 13.
Before practice, BGSUFalcons.com talked with head coach Danny Schmitz, who is entering his 27th year at the helm of the program, and sophomore infielder Riley Minorik, who was named to the MAC's All-Defensive Team last year as a freshman.Â
