Fourteen Falcons Named Academic All-MAC

Cleveland, Ohio- Fourteen members of the Bowling Green State University's Outdoor Track and Field team have been named Academic All-MAC, as announced by the Mid-American Conference.
BGSU finished seventh overall at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in May and also excelled in the classroom. Overall, nine student-athletes in the conference recorded a perfect 4.0 grade point average. BGSU's Becca Rae was included in this list and recorded a 4.0 GPA.
Academic All-MAC is awarded to student-athletes who have excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport. First-year student-athletes are not eligible.
