COACH PERKINS QUOTE
"Today's meet was in honor of Tom Stubbs, and that's what were about, just trying to have fun in his honor; trying to show the alumni and the people in the crowd that we are able to race. I was really happy with the way [the team] competed. Everybody swam fairly fast, and they swam tough. The one thing didn't I like was the team sprit; I think as we get deeper into the season, that spirit will be important as our meets get tougher; for them to be able to rally around each other and support each other, and cheer each other on."
UP NEXT
The Falcons will host BSGU alumni in Saturday's Jean Campbell Alumni Meet before they begin to prepare for their first Mid-American Conference meet versus the Ball State Cardinals on Oct. 26 at Cooper Pool.
