TROPHY, Texas – The Bowling Green State University women's golf team climbed the leaderboard on Tuesday (March 20) afternoon at the ORU/SFA Spring Break Shootout. Bowling Green carded a round-two team score of 315.

The Falcons sit tied for third with UT Arlington. Through two rounds, both schools have shot a 639. Bowling Green improved on its round one score by nine strokes, as the Falcons registered a 324 yesterday to sit tied for fourth.

Erin Fahey remains two shots off the lead and in second place on the individual leaderboard, which is exactly where she sat after the first 18 holes of play. After shooting a 77 yesterday, Fahey carded a round-two 76. Nichole Cox is seven shots off the lead; she is tied for 11th. Cox improved on her first-round score by four strokes, as he carded a 77 on the day.

Jessica Madry, who is competing as an individual, is tied for 16th after posting scores of 78 and 83 through two rounds. The BGSU lineup is rounded out by Julia Durkin (90-78), Sammi Blackburn (84-84) and Sarah Kern (82-89).
