UP NEXT IN FALCON FUTBOL
• The Bowling Green State University men's soccer team closes the road portion of the regular-season schedule with two matches in a four-day span. Head coach Eric Nichols and the Falcons head to Kalamazoo for a Saturday afternoon (Nov. 2) matchup with Western Michigan University. First touch for the Mid-American Conference contest is set for 1:00 p.m. at the WMU Soccer Complex.
• Then, the Brown and Orange will wrap up the non-conference schedule, heading to Dayton for a Tuesday (Nov. 5) tilt with Wright State University. The teams will vie for the I-75 Cup in a 7:00 p.m. start at Alumni Field.

FIVE FASCINATING FALCON FACTS
• The Falcons are coming off of a 3-0 win over West Virginia on Saturday (Oct. 26) at Cochrane Stadium. BG captured two home games by a combined score of 7-0 last week, and the Falcons have scored 14  goals in the last four home matches.
• The win over WVU was the Falcons' ninth of the season. BGSU has a record of 9-5-1 in 2019, with at least four matches remaining. The Falcons went 6-7-4 last fall.
• Junior Chris Sullivan continued his stellar play with two assists against the Mountaineers. He had six points in last week's two wins, with a goal and four assists, and has been directly involved in the scoring of nine of BG's last 11 goals.
• Sullivan now has team-leading totals of six goals, nine assists and 21 points. He has tripled his point total for all of last season, and has easily topped his scoring totals for his first two seasons combined. The Naperville, Ill., native now has 33 career points on 10 goals and 13 helpers.
• Since Eric Nichols took the BG helm prior to the 2009 season, the Falcons have a record of 61-8-6 when scoring at least two goals in a match. BGSU is now 32-2-2 when scoring three or more goals during that time.

THE OPPONENTS
• Western Michigan is 10-5-1 on the season, and the Broncos are 1-1-1 in MAC play. WMU is 6-1-1 since the start of October, most recently winning a 1-0 overtime decision at Detroit Mercy on Tuesday. WMU is 3-2-1 at home and 7-3-0 on the road this year to date. Charlie Sharp has 16 points on the year to pace four double-digit scorers. Sharp has seven goals on the season, while Anthony Bowie has five goals and 12 points. In goal, Isaac Walker has played in 14 of the Broncos' 16 matches, and has 41 saves, five shutouts and a GAA of 0.93. A year ago, coach Chad Wiseman's team went 11-6-3 overall and 1-1-2 in MAC play, advancing to the championship match of the MAC Tournament.
• Wright State is 7-6-2 on the season, and the Raiders are 3-3-0 in Horizon League play, heading into a Saturday home match vs. Green Bay. WSU is 3-2-1 at home and 4-4-1 on the road this year to date. Deri Corfe has 20 points to pace five double-figure scorers for the Raiders. Corfe has seven goals and six assists, while Stefan Rokvic has a team-high eight goals and 16 points. In goal, Joel Sundell has played 13 of the team's 15 matches nad has 66 saves and a 1.64 GAA. Jake Slemker is in his second season as head coach of the Raiders, who went 13-3-3 overall and 6-1-1 in HL play a year ago.
THE SERIES

Last year, the clubs battled to a 1-1 draw at Cochrane in the regular-season meeting, and the Broncos picked up a 2-0 victory in MAC Tournament semifinal-round action. Two years ago, in BG's last trip to Kalamazoo, the Broncos posted a 1-0 win. BGSU is 16-4-4 at home, 11-12-1 on the road and 1-2-0 at neutral sites vs. WMU through the years.
• The Falcons lead Wright State, 10-7-3, in that series, and the teams battled to a scoreless draw in BG last season. Two years ago, in BG's last trip to Dayton, the Raiders captured a 2-0 win to snap a five-match BGSU series win streak. BG is 6-2-3 in home matches and 4-5-0 on the road against WSU.
DOWN THE ROAD...
• Following the Wright State matchup, the Falcons will conclude the regular season by hosting Northern Illinois on Saturday, Nov. 9. That match is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start at Cochrane.
• The MAC Tournament will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 12, with first-round matches at campus sites.
