Eleven Falcons Named Academic All-MAC

Bowling Green, Ohio – Eleven members of the Bowling Green State University outdoor track & field team were named Academic All-MAC today, as announced by the Mid-American Conference.
Redshirt senior Aliyah Gustafson, who will compete at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field National Championships Thursday, was one of seven student-athletes across the MAC to maintain a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average.
Academic All-MAC is an honor for student-athletes who have excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
