Falcons Wrap Up Fall Campaign With Sixth Place Finish

PORT CLINTON, Ohio – The Bowling Green women's golf team closed out the fall portion of the 2021-22 schedule with the Rocket Classic Invitational at the Catawba Island Club in Port Clinton, Ohio. The Falcons saw a sixth place finish as a team in the field of 10. Bowling Green finished just one stroke behind fifth-place Cincinnati and only four behind fourth-place Eastern Michigan.
Individually, Kelsey Sager paced the Orange and Brown, finishing in a tie for 13th after a round of 233. Sager was consistent throughout, posting a score of 78 in both the first and final round with a score of 77 in the second. Overall, Central Michigan's Casilda Allendesalazar took first with a score of 222, finishing +6 for the event. Central Michigan also claimed the top team score as well.
