QUOTING COACH FRALICK
"Ohio State's a really good team. I think we're just learning a lot about our team. We have a lot of new parts, and I think we're still figuring out how it all fits together."
"Our fourth quarter was our best quarter. I thought we showed some fight and some good competitiveness, and those are some things we want to see at a higher level more often."
"The good thing about playing a team like this is that you learn a lot about yourself. Things that work and don't work are pretty obvious. It's going to be great feedback for us, and I'm excited about this team developing. It's just so early, and when you play a competitive non-conference schedule, you aren't surprised when you get into MAC play. You really learn the good and the bad, and this will help us get better moving forward."
FIRST QUARTER
• Zoe Miller opened the scoring with a bucket, but the hosts scored the game's next eight points before a Kadie Hempfling three-pointer cut BG's deficit in half.
• But, a pair of three-point plays and a three-point bucket extended the OSU lead to 15-5. Madisen Parker knocked down a long-range shot, but moments later, a Taylor Mikesell triple gave the hosts a 22-10 lead. The teams traded points, and the hosts had a 26-14 lead after 10 minutes.

• But, Mikesell's triple and Jacy Sheldon's bucket extended the OSU lead to 21, and the Buckeyes' advantage was 19 points at the break.
• Mikesell had 15 points in the first half, going 5-for-7 from the floor and 3-of-4 from the arc.
THIRD QUARTER
• The Bucks slowly extended the lead, scoring the first eight points of the period.
• Nyla Hampton broke BG's scoring drought at the 6:31 mark, and Sophie Dziekan scored six-straight BGSU points out of the media timeout. But, the Falcons could not cut into the deficit, and OSU led by a 73-46 score after 30 minutes.
FOURTH QUARTER
• Sharps scored eight points in a four-possession span, and her second triple of the quarter cut the OSU lead to 79-54 with 8:06 left.
