Falcons Shine, But Fall at No. 24 Kent State on Sunday

KENT, Ohio – The Bowling Green gymnastics team notched the second-best team score of the season, but it wasn't enough as No. 24 Kent State posted the third-best team score in the MAC this season. BGSU fell to the Golden Flashes, 197.100-195.750 on Sunday afternoon at the MAC Center.
Love Akpan won the All-Around with a career-high 39.175, while tying for second on beam and tying for third on vault to pace the Falcons.
