Preview: Falcons Look to Stay Hot at Redbird Invitational

NORMAL, Ill. – The BGSU women's golf team is back in action this weekend, Sep. 7-8, as they travel to Normal, Ill. for the Redbird Invitational hosted by Illinois State. The tournament will be held at Weibring Golf Club, a par 72 course with a total yardage of 6,169.
The Falcons will begin the weekend with a practice round on Saturday, where they will tee off at 1:30 pm ET. On Sunday, the tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 am ET. Teams will play 36 holes on Sunday, followed by a final 18-hole round on Monday. Monday's final round will also begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 am ET.
This year marks Bowling Green's return to the Redbird, as they did not compete in the tournament in the 2024-25 season. In the season prior, however, the Falcons finished seventh out of 16 teams in the field, shooting an 896 with Ava O'Sullivan and Sammie Dolce both finishing in the top 20 individually.
