"I chose BGSU because I felt so welcomed in this environment when I visited, the coaches and team are super nice and very supportive, and the campus is beautiful."
- Named to the All-MAC Second Team
- Also named to the MAC's All-Freshman Team
- Named an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete
- Played in 36 of BGSU's 44 games, making 30 starts
- Made 28 of those starts in left field and two in right
- Was second on the team with a .292 batting average
- Led the Falcons in stolen bases (9-for-9) and on-base pct. (.413)
- Finished second on the Falcons in walks (17), was third in total bases (32) and slugging pct. (.360) and tied for third in runs (13)
- Moved into the starting lineup for good just before MAC play began, starting 28 of the final 31 contests of the season
- Hit a team-leading .338 in MAC play, and also paced the Falcons in walks (13), on-base pct. (.463) and stolen bases (6-for-6).
- Solidified the Falcons' defense, with just two errors in 76 total chances on the season, and had four outfield assists
- Her total of seven multiple-hit games ranked her second on the team
- Had an 11-game reached-base streak which tied for BGSU's longest in 2024
- Played in a pair of games at the Battle at the Beach on the season's opening weekend
- Made her collegiate debut vs. Louisville
- Later that day, made her first start and had a hit and a run against Furman
- Reached base four times and stole four bases in the first two games of the Buffalo series
- Had a walk in each of those two games, with a hit in the first contest and a hit-by-pitch in the second
- Also made a spectacular diving catch in the second game, with BG leading by a run in the sixth
- Hit .556 in the Toledo series, going 5-for-7 in the first two games
- Was 2-for-3 in the opener, with a walk, a triple and a run scored
- Then, went 3-for-4 in the next game, driving in three runs with a bases-loaded double
- Was 3-for-6 with three runs scored and two RBI in the sweep of Detroit Mercy
- Walked, stole a base, scored a run and had a sacrifice fly in the opener vs. the Titans
- Then, in the nightcap, was 3-for-4 with another stolen base, another RBI and two runs scored
- Walked twice in the opening game at Miami
- Hit .400 in the Akron series, going 4-for-10 with two walks and three runs scored
- Had an RBI triple in the opener, scoring a run as well
- Then, had a walk, a single and two runs scored in the middle game of the series
- Was 2-for-4 with a walk in the final game against the Zips
- Her second hit of that game was a walk-off RBI single with two outs in the seventh
- Had a total of three walks in the first two games of the series at Ball State, then went 2-for-3 and scored two runs in the finale
- Continued her stellar play in the Central Michigan DH
- Went 2-for-4 in the opener, then singled, was hit by a pitch, had a sac bunt and drove in a run in the nightcap
- Had a hit in each of the three games at Kent State
- Had an RBI in the opener, and also walked and scored a run in the second game
- In the series finale, walked twice and doubled in four plate appearances
- In the process, extended her reached-base streak to 11 consecutive contests, tying for the longest such streak by a Falcon this season
- Saw that streak come to an end in the first game at Youngstown State, but started a new streak by walking twice in the nightcap
- Singled and stole a base at Western Michigan
- Had three hits in the Ohio DH, including two hits, a stolen base and a run scored in the opener
HIGH SCHOOL
- A four-year letterwinner at Neshannock Jr./Sr. H.S. ('23) for coaches Jackie Lash, Donald Nogay (her father) and Jeff Schaffer
- A two-time Pennsylvania High School Softball Coaches Association (PsHSSBCA) All-State First-Team honoree at shortstop
- Was voted the best leadoff hitter in the WPIAL in her senior year
- Hit a whopping .574 that season, with 19 walks, 43 runs scored, 21 stolen bases, 10 doubles, five triples, four homers and 26 RBI
- Helped the Lancers to a 48-1 record over her final two years
- That included a state championship in 2022, back-to-back WPIAL titles and a 48-game winning streak, believed to be the longest in WPIAL history
- A two-time First-Team All-Sectional selection
- Also lettered in track and field, basketball and volleyball, earning a total of 14 letters in high school
- Was a team captain for volleyball, basketball and softball
- National Honor Society
PERSONAL
- Born in New Castle, Pa.
- Plans to major in pre-medicine/neuroscience
- Career ambition is to become a neurologist and specialize in dementia research
- Daughter of Donald and Johanna Nogay
- The second of three daughters
- Has an older sister, Neleh, and a younger sister, Jaidon
- Neleh is on the softball team at Fordham Univ.
- Has played travel ball for Ohio Outlaws
