2010: During the indoor season, had a season-best time of 5:16.42 in the mile run at the All-Ohio Championships, placing seventh … finished third in the mile run at the Tom Wright Classic with a time of 5:16.89 … ran the 800m in 2:30.60 at the BGSU Challenge, finishing 24th … placed sixth in the 3000m at the Jane Herrmann Invite with a time of 10:44.34 … in the outdoor season, won the 5000m at the Ohio Team Challenge by posting a time of 17:55.98 … set a season- and team-best time of 17:45.94 in the 5000m at the MAC Championships … set a season- and team-best time of 10:33.65 in the 3000m, finishing third at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge … posted a season-best time in the 1500m at the Toledo Tune-Up, finishing third in 4:45.62.

2009 XC: Raced in all seven meets during the 2009 season… started off the season with her best performance in the Toledo Dual as she set a personal 4K record and was the first Falcon runner to cross the finish line with a time of 14:48 placing sixth overall… followed that race up with another strong performance in the Mel Brodt Invitational (5K) as she ended up 15th with a time of 18:53.8… finished off the season well in the Great Lakes Regional (6K) with a time of 23:56.09 ending up 148th… placed 67th at the MAC Championship (6K) with a time of 24:46.5.
2009: Ran a season best time of 5:17.87 in the one mile run at the All-Ohio Championships and placed 11^th … won the Detroit Mercy Titan Classic with a time of 5:22.20 … placed sixth in the 800m at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge with a time of 2:29.75 … recorded a season best time of 4:49.34 in the Len Paddock Invitational finishing 17^th … placed seventh in the Toledo Invitational with a time of 4:54.71.

2008 XC: Ran a time of 24:14 at the Regional race ... finished 16th at the Falcon Invitational with a time of 23:03 ... finished 75th at the MAC Championships with a time of 18:59 ... finished 158th at Regionals with a time of 24:14. 2008: Had a season best of 5:12:26 in the one mile run at the BGSU Challenge, finishing fifth.

2007 XC: Started her Falcon career with a bang, finishing as the squad[apos]s top-runner in five of seven meets on the season. In her first collegiate race, she ran a time of 18:22 to capture the individual title in the Toledo Dual meet. Her efforts earned her MAC Runner of the Week honors for the first time in her career. She would follow up her effort against Toledo with a ninth-place finish at the Mel Brodt Invitational as she ran a time of 18:14. She then set a personal-best 5K time of 18:03.93 at the Greater Louisville Classic, coming across the line in the 24th-spot. In her first MAC Championships, she finished as the Falcons[apos] number three runner with a time of 18:52.1. Set a personal-best 6K time of 23:15.11 in the NCAA Regional meet.

High School: Ran personal-bests of 2:19.88 in the 800m, 5:00.63 in the 1600m, 11:07.35 in the 3200m in track as well as 18:57 in the 5000m in cross country ... finished fifth at the 2007 Ohio DI State Meet, runner-up in the at the Regional Meet in Amherst and District Champion in the 1600m ... also the 800m Champion at the Tiffin District ... finished 17th in the 2006 DI Ohio State Cross Country Meet, Regional Champion in the 2006 Tiffin Regional Cross Country Meet and District Champion in 2006 ... selected as one of the top senior cross country runners in Ohio and represented Team Ohio in the Mid-East meet of Champions in Kettering, Ohio during the fall of 2006 .. .coached by Cathy Esposito.
