Mitch Fair is in his second season at Bowling Green as part of head coach Scot Loeffler's staff in 2022. Fair is a graduate assistant, working specifically with the BGSU defensive linemen. Most recently, Fair served two seasons as a defensive quality control assistant at Yale University
Fair was a four-year letter winner at Trine University (Ind.) where he played defensive line and was a team captain. He is a 2017 graduate of TU with a degree in health and physical education.
Fair and his wife, Raelynn, were married in July 2022.Â
