Ice Hockey To Battle For Final Spot In CCHA Tournament Tonight

The Bowling Green State University Ice Hockey team will compete in a play-in game tonight at the University of Nebraska Omaha. The winner of this game will qualify for the semi-final round of the CCHA conference tournament to be held at Detroit's Joe Louis Arena on March 17-18.

Should the Falcons win tonight and advance to the semi-final round, they will play the University of Michigan on Friday, March 17th at 5:00 pm, with a match-up between Michigan State University and Notre Dame University to follow at 8:30 pm. Tickets will be available tomorrow at 10:00 am in the Athletic Ticket Office. The tickets are $18 for the lower bowl and $7.50 for the upper bowl and are good for both games. The winners of the semi-final games will then play in the championship game on Saturday at 7:30.
