Jenkins Swims At U.S. Olympic Trials

Bowling Green State University swimmer Andy Jenkins (Oak Harbor, OH) placed 96th today in the prelims of the 50 free at the 2000 United States Olympic Trials being held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jenkins, who set the BGSU school record with a 20.49 during the 2000 Mid-American Conference championships, will be a senior when school starts in two weeks. There were 102 competitors in the 50 free prelims.
