Falcon Women Open Indoor Season at Saginaw State

University Center, Michigan - In their first indoor meet of the season, the BG women tracksters competed at Saginaw Valley State University's Invitational. Two individuals took first place honors for the Brown and Orange.
Both relays took first place honors in the meet. The Distance Medley finished in a time of 12:43.64. The 1600 relay also took first place accolades, crossing the line in a time of 4:08.27.
Two other Falcons won their respective events. Jessica Primeau won the 800 meter in a time of 2:31.5. Lori Williams took first place in the 20# weight throw with a distance of 54 feet, 1 inch. Teammates Mary Willems and Janean Johnson were second and third, respectively, in the same event.
The next track meet for both the men and women's teams will the BGSU Invitational on January 19th in the Field House.
