Trio of Falcons Head to Duke Twilight for Sunday Showdown

DURHAM, N.C. – Three Bowling Green runners – Kylee Cubbison, Rachael Hoover and Reese Reaman – depart for Durham this weekend. The trio hit the track at Morris Williams Stadium for the Duke Twilight on Sunday at 6 p.m.
This meet draws some of the best talent in collegiate track and field. The three Falcons will race some of the best runners in the country, testing themselves in the 800m and 1500m.
Five top 25 teams will be in attendance: No. 2 South Carolina, No. 14 Tennessee, No. 17 Louisville, No. 18 Duke and No. 20 Clemson. Both the 800m and 1500m fields boast three top 50 nationally ranked runners each.
The last outing for the BGSU triad was at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Ca. There, Cubbison and Hoover recorded a historic finish. The former broke her own school record in the 1500m at 4:15.16, and the latter logged a second best all-time program mark at 4:16.91.
