Women's Track Completes Day One Of NW Classic

Bowling Green, OH - Day one of the Northwest Ohio Classic was held here in Bowling Green Friday. Leading the way for the Falcon women on day one were senior Andrea Cook (Marysville, OH) and junior Sarah Lohrbach (Pemberville, OH). Cook took top honors in the pole vault with a jump of 12-4. Lohrbach's time of 38:59.82 placed her second in the 10,000 meters. Sophomore Erin Croley finished fourth in the 10,000 posting a time of 41:06.30.
In the heptathlon, sophomore Brooke Allen (Oregon, OH) is in second place after the first half of the competition, trailing the leader by 67 points.
Action resumes at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning with the men's decathlon and women's heptathlon the first events on the schedule.
