COLUMBUS, Ohio - "What an unbelievable performance tonight. We had a game plan going in, and one of the things we wanted to do was to make sure we took the chances that we were presented with. We ended up with six shots, of which four were on goal, and we scored two goals."
"I can't say enough about Tracy Gleixner. She got her first game action of the season, and within her first few minutes, she had scored a goal."
"Our second goal began with a long free kick from Beth Wechsler, which was headed on superbly by Katie Piening, and then finished with a Kristy Coppes header over the goalkeeper into the back of the net. Katie was making her first start of the season."
"Again, we had a game plan, and I thought we stuck to it very well. We thoroughly deserved the victory. This is not a game where we came and got lucky. Make no mistake, this team deserved this victory 100 per cent, and I'm incredibly proud of every single one of them."
"I'm pleased for (assistant coach) Ashlee Orr, to return to Ohio State, where she finished her playing career, and get a victory. Ashlee has been instrumental in everything good that has happened to Bowling Green soccer. I can not pay her enough credit."
"We asked the team to play with courage, and we asked them to make us proud. They did both of those things in abundance tonight."
