FALCONS RETURN TO THE ROCK AND ROLL SHOOTOUT
For the second time in four years, the BGSU men's basketball team will play Cleveland State in the Balance Bar Rock and Roll Shootout at Gund Arena in Cleveland. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., with the game being televised on Fox Sports Ohio. Kent State will host Boston College in the second game of the doubleheader, at 8 p.m. In December of 1999, the Falcons topped the Vikings, 91-86.

THE FALCONS AT GUND ARENA
The Falcons have played six games in the last four years in Gund Arena. BGSU is 3-3 in those contests, including a 2-1 record last season.
THE SERIES WITH THE VIKINGS
Both teams have won seven of the 14 previous meetings. CSU won the first two games in 1932 and 1972. The Falcons captured six straight contests from 1973-76. The Vikings then won five straight from 1987-93. The Falcons tied the series with their five-point win in the 1999 Rock and Roll Shootout.
