Falcons Climb Into AP Top 25

Bowling Green, Ohio - History will be made in the Mid-American Conference when two nationally ranked MAC foes will meet in a regular season game, Saturday at BGSU. BGSU, 6-1 and 3-0 in the MAC, has moved into the AP Top 25 at #23 and will host #12 Northern Illinois, 7-0 and 3-0 in the MAC, at 4 p.m., October 25. It marks the second straight year that the Falcons have been nationally ranked and it is the third season (1985 and 2002) that BGSU has gained national attention. The Huskies are rated #14 in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll, while BGSU is #26.
