Several Promotions Planned for Falcon Hockey vs. Notre Dame On Thursday

Bowling Green, Ohio - Falcon hockey fans have plenty of reasons to check out Bowling Green's lone home contest this week at the BGSU Ice Arena. BGSU hosts the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, a team that advanced to the NCAA Tournament last season, in a rare Thursday night contest at 7:05 p.m.

The first 500 students will receive a t-shirt courtesy of Speck Sales/Cooper Tire, and 2,000 fans will receive Falcon Thunderstix courtesy of Mr. Spots. Also, available to the first 750 BGSU faculty/staff that stop at the BGSU Ticket Office are two free tickets to Thursday's game. The ticket office is located in Anderson Arena.

The Falcons are 3-1-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association. The 3-1 start is the best start for BGSU since 1996-97.
