BIG Frickin' Pepsi Payout Series

1. Contestants shall not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying shots, at any time after his/her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize shot.
2. If selected to participate, ELIGIBLE contestants MUST:
- Be present and be at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to the contest rules as explained by the BGSU Athletic Marketing Staff.
- Sign an official "Contestant Agreement to Participate" as provided by the BGSU Atheltic Marketing Staff.
3. The following classes of people shall be INELIGIBLE to participate:
- Current or former professional or semi-professional basketball/hockey players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world.
- Current or former collegiate or junior collegiate backetball/hockey players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years.
- Current or former high school basketball/hockey players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the last five (5) years.
- Current or former Olympic basketball/hockey players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years.
- Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of BGSU, Fricker's or Pepsi.
