BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team is ranked 23rd in the latest Associated Press poll, announced Monday evening (March 13). The Falcons, who moved up a spot from last week's poll, received a total of 168 points, just 19 behind 22nd-ranked BYU and 20 in back of 21st-rated UCLA. The Falcons will face UCLA in the first round of the NCAA Championships on Saturday.
BGSU is 23rd in the AP poll after being listed 21st in the USA Today/ESPN poll, released earlier Monday. UCLA is rated 21st by AP and 23rd in the USA Today/ESPN listings.
