Women's Hoops Fan Raiser Golf Outing Information Now Available

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's basketball 2008 Fan Raiser Golf Outing and Evening Social will take place Wednesday, Sept. 10 at the Bowling Green Country Club. All proceeds of the outing will go directly toward the team's 2009 Summer Foreign Tour.

The $110 entry fee includes green fees/cart, a t-shirt, hot dogs and beverages on the course as well as door prizes. Participants have the choice to select either a morning or an afternoon tee time; both sessions are invited to an 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. lunch as well as an evening social which is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.

The 2009 Summer Foreign Tour will allow the team to not only bond and begin to build their championship locker room prior to the 2009-10 season, but will also give the squad 10 extra days of practice leading up to the trip.
