BGSU Ice Hockey Holds Face Off Reception

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University ice hockey team held its fifth annual Falcon Hockey Face-Off Reception this past Tuesday evening In preparation for the upcoming season. The reception gave Falcon Club members, season ticket holders, alumni, and fans a chance to mingle and talk about BGSU hockey.

Bowling Green will continue to build towards greatness this Sunday (Oct. 2) when the Falcons face-off at home against the Ontario Institute of Technology Ridgebacks. The exhibition match will start at 4 p.m., with free admission to all fans.
The gathering, which was held in the BGSU Hockey Alumni Lounge, ended with an address from Coach Chris Bergeron and a large majority of the team. The message was clear to those in attendance, a winning attitude and a willingness to be great in all aspects is what Bowling Green hockey is all about.
