BGSU Volleyball Announces Spring Schedule

Bowling Green, Ohio – The Bowling Green volleyball team has announced its spring schedule as the Falcons prepare to defend its Mid-American Conference Tournament Championship in 2013. BGSU will compete in four weekend events during the spring campaign.
Second-year head coach Danijela Tomic will open her team's spring season March 23 at the Premier Academy College Spring Fling March 23 at Premier Academy in Maumee. The team will follow that up by competing at Oakland March 30 and will then be at home to host Miami April 6, with scrimmage running from 9 am until 2 pm. Finally, the team will close the season at Michigan State April 13.
BGSU returns three first-team All-MAC players from a team that finished second in the conference in 2012, won the MAC Tournament and then advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. In all, the Falcons return five starters plus the libero from Tomic's first team at BGSU.
