The Bowling Green State University ice hockey team has entered the second half of their 2013-14 season with an 11-9-4 overall record, and a 8-6-2 record in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association. Bowling Green trails only Ferris State (22 points) and Minnesota State (20 points) in the WCHA standings. The Falcons also have nine players currently with at least 10 points, and 22 skaters have scored at least one point on the year thus far. The Orange and Brown will begin a six-game homestand this weekend (Jan. 10-11) versus the University of Alaska in a WCHA showdown at the BGSU Ice Arena.
