Ice Hockey Weekend Highlights: Week 3 - Clarkson

The Falcons tallied seven goals against Clarkson University in a non-conference showdown at Cheel Arena in Potsdam, N.Y., finishing the two-game set at 1-0-1 against the Golden Knights.

Bowling Green, Ohio-- Every week, the BGSU Athletic Communications Department will post a video of the Falcons' highlights from the previous weekend. Bowling Green were back on the road for the second consecutive week, taking on Clarkson University in a non-conference showdown at Cheel Arena in Potsdam, New York. The Falcons recorded seven goals over their two-game set with the Golden Knights, including a four-goal first period on Saturday night. The Orange and Brown went 1-0-1, giving them a 4-1-1 overall record on the year. Sophomore forward Kevin Dufour extended his streak of six consecutive tilts with at least one goal, and currently leads the nation with eight total goals on the season. Freshman forward Mitch McLain, who was named WCHA Rookie of the Week earlier this week, tallied two goals and one assist with a plus-3 rating.
