"We're excited to be in what's one of the best college events in the country and are happy with the way we are playing right now," stated head coach Kevin Farrell. "We are ready to compete against a lot of great teams this week."
Held at the UNM South Championship Golf Course for the 48th time, the event will consist of two days of play at the par 72, 7,556-yards golf course. Each day of play is set to begin at 8:00 a.m. MT for both Friday and Saturday, with the tournament's format being 54 holes to completion with 36 being played on Friday.
Coach Farrell will send out the same Falcon lineup as he did for the season opening event at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational in which BGSU took second-place overall with a the second-lowest 54-hole tournament score in the program's history at 835, -17 under par.

Narro led the Falcons with a 54-hole score of 202, -11 under par, two weeks ago at the Marshall Invite with his 54-hole score being the lowest by an individual in the program's history. Last time out, in his first-ever intercollegiate tournament, Iglesias finished with a final round 72, +1. He recorded rounds of 74, 71 and 72 to finish in a tie for 49th-place overall with a 54-hole score of 217, +4, turning in eight birdies and 35 pars.
BGSU's Brett Rinker was consistent throughout his two days of play at the Marshall Invitational on Sept. 14-15, as the junior shot back-to-back rounds of 72, +1, on day one, before recording a final round of 69, -2 under par, over the final round of play. Michalak is coming of a career-low 18-hole score of 65, -6 under par, over his final round of play at the Marshall Invitational to finish with a 54-hole score of 215, +2.
