Volleyball To Host Open Practice Aug. 20

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball team will hold on open practice on Aug. 20, starting at noon. The open practice is expected to last about two hours. Fans will have the opportunity to meet the team after practice. The meet and greet will start at approximately 2:30 p.m.
The open practice is in place of the usual Orange and White scrimmage. The Falcons are just one week from the start of the 2016 season. Bowling Green will host the Hampton Inn Invitational over Aug. 26-27, before hosting the BGSU Invitational from Sept. 2-3.
The Falcons will be playing a total of 15 home matches inside the Stroh Center this season, which is the most home matches for the program since 2005. The Orange and Brown open up conference play with a home match against Miami University on Sept. 22.
