Falcons Back In Action

Washington, D.C. – The Bowling Green State University Falcons are back in action this weekend with less than five weeks before the 2017 Mid-American Conference Championships.
The orange and brown will compete against George Washington University, along with Georgetown University on Friday, Jan. 13 at the Charles E. Smith Natatorium. The first splash of the night will happen at 2 PM with the 200 medley relay. The meet will hold men and women heats for every event, including divers. The line-up will be as followed:

The next day will be one in which the Falcons will face Towson University at Burdick pool. the meet will be divided with divers starting the competition at 11AM, followed by the swimmers jumping in the water at 2PM. The line-up will be as followed:

Only five weeks away of finishing his second season as the head coach for the women's swimming and diving team, Matt Ense commented on the busy weekend that is ahead of the team, he stated: "This weekend will allow our women an amazing opportunity to travel to our Nations Capital to swim 3 very strong opponents and it will allow our women a chance to take in some of our National history and witness a unique time in Washington with the inauguration taking place next week".
Coming off from a fourth place finish at their midseason meet and fresh out of a training trip in Florida, the Falcons are planning on starting the last part of the 2017 season with multiple wins this weekend.
