Falcon Volleyball Signs Petra Indrova To National Letter Of Intent

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University volleyball program and head coach Danijela Tomic have announced the signing of Petra Indrova to a National Letter of Intent. Indrova of Jihlava, Czech Republic will join the volleyball program as a freshman for the 2019-20 season.
"We are thrilled to welcome Petra to our volleyball program and Falcon family," Tomic said. "As a member of the Czech junior national team, she will bring experience of playing at the international level. She is a talented, six rotation outside hitter who will bring depth to that position and hopefully make an immediate impact on our offense."
Indrova's brother, Patrik Indra, a professional volleyball player in the Czech Republic, has played a large role in her development.
"My brother has the biggest influence on me because he is a pro volleyball player," said Indrova. "He helps me to improve my volleyball skills."
Indrova, the daughter of Petr Indra and Petra Indrova, plans to study business at Bowling Green. Indrova stated that the connection of sport and studying played a role in choosing to attend BGSU.
