At The Match: Parking And Information For Saturday's Volleyball Exhibition

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University volleyball program will begin the 2022 season this Saturday (Aug. 20) with an exhibition against Hillsdale College, who is ranked No. 16 in Division-II. The Falcons and Chargers are set to face off at 1:00 p.m. inside the Stroh Center with the match open to the public.
Parking for the exhibition will be different from the regular season due to move-in on campus. Fans will be able to park in lots 13 and 20 directly off of Stadium Drive. Fans entering Bowling Green from Interstate 75 can turn right on Alumni Drive then a right on Stadium Drive to access the lots. Alumni Drive is also accessible from Mercer Road.
The Falcons are coming off a 21-9 record during the 2021 campaign, advancing to a third consecutive MAC Championship appearance. The match against Hillsdale will be the lone exhibition for Bowling Green before officially beginning the season on Aug. 26 against Purdue at the Tennessee Classic. The Orange and Brown will return to the Stroh Center for the home opener on Sept. 1 against Northern Kentucky to start the Falcon Invitational presented by Hampton Inn.
As for Hillsdale College, the Chargers were selected as the preseason favorite to win the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) as well as being the No. 16 ranked team in Division-II. A year ago, Hillsdale finished the 2021 season with a 30-5 standing, winning the G-MAC Tournament and advanced as far as the NCAA DII National Quarterfinals.
