Falcon Gymnastics Heads to Mount Pleasant for a MAC Meet Against Central Michigan

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green gymnastics team returns to action on Friday night when the Falcons soar north to face Central Michigan at McGuirk Arena. The meet starts at 7 p.m.

• Bowling Green is ranked No. 56 in the nation per Road to Nationals. Central Michigan comes in at No. 50.

• Central Michigan is 1-1 on the season with a loss coming at Minnesota in the season opener. This past Sunday CMU won a home meet with West Virginia. Luciana Alvarado-Reid was named MAC Gymnast of the Week for her efforts against WVU after scoring a 39.200 in the All-Around.

• BGSU dropped the season opener at Eastern Michigan in head coach Brittney Emmons BGSU debut.
• Megan Bingham appeared in the All-Around for the first time in her career and finished at 38.950, finishing second and only behind EMU's Raisa Boris (39.075), who overtook her in the final rotation. • Love Akpan's bars score was a PR
• Megan Dzialo appeared on vault for the first time in her career (9.675).
