FROM THE LOCKER ROOM
"Today we had some very strong routines. While we are still working on our consistency, we took a step forward in cleaning up and executing some of routines. Kayla Shaw hit a beautiful floor routine to capture her first event win as well as Megan Bingham having another confident meet. Our vault and floor team went out and focused on the little things we have been working on in the gym and it was great to see. We have a big opportunity next weekend with two meets to really set ourselves up for this last push of season and cannot wait to see what we know we are capable of." - Brittney Emmons, BGSU gymnastics head coach
NEXT UP
• BGSU has a full weekend, starting with a quad meet at Illinois State on Fri., Feb. 28. Central Michigan and Centenary College will also be part of the event with an 8 p.m. start. BGSU then returns home two days later for a tri-meet with Kent State and Wilberforce at the Stroh Center. The Senior Day/Alumni Day starts at 2 p.m.
