FROM THE LOCKER ROOM
"Today's win was an outright team effort. After all the changes of the meet with the weather, I'm super thankful that Cornell was able to still make this meet happen for both of our programs. We went out there and just did BGSU Gymnastics. We have been working on resiliency and working through anything that comes our way, and we truly rolled with the punches. We are a team that is still growing, developing and working on fine-tuning the gymnastics, but we are becoming more confident and consistent in what we are putting out there each week. Maddy Coburn had an amazing meet and solidified the victory with a stunning beam routine. I could go on about every athlete and this program, but this is our win to celebrate today. Now we keep moving to the next stepping stone on Sunday at Western Michigan. -Brittney Emmons, BGSU gymnastics head coach
