High School: Earned three letters at Bowling Green High School... With coach Kelli Nitschke[apos]s help, Simon was named first-team all-league along with Honorable Mention all-district...recorded 130 kills and 137 digs her senior season. In 2002 Simon was a member of the USA Junior Olympics in Louisville, where she was named MVP. She also was second-team all-league and all-district, as well as team MVP. Simon just recently finished playing club ball with the Premier Volleyball Club in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Personal: Elizabeth Ann Simon was born December 3, 1985...daughter of Mike and Linda Simon...her sister, Christine, plays volleyball for IPFW...also earned two letters in basketball...is majoring in interpersonal communication with a minor in business.
