2001-02: Played in 24 games missed eight games due to offseason shoulder surgery scored first collegiate point (assist) Nov. 17 at Wayne State had second assist at RPI (Jan. 19) on game-tying goal.
Pre-College: Played two seasons (1999-01) for coach Marty Abrams and the Wellington Dukes scored 31 points (eight goals/23 assists) in 2000-01 and had 22 points (four goals, 18 assists) in 1999-2000 season for Wellington both seasons, Wellington was runner-up in the OHA Junior A Leage named Most Valuable Defenseman for Wellington and was player of the month (November, 2000) was a member of the Under-17 Nova Scotia team and of Team Atlantic, which participated in the World Under-17 Hockey Tournament in 1999 and 2001.
Personal: Full name--Matthew Jonathan Lynn born July 7, 1983, in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia son of John and Sandra Lynn has three sisters (Bronwyn-24, Meghan-21, Maryn-15) enrolled in arts shoots right graduate of Prince Edward Collegiate School ('01) enjoys golf, weight training, soccer, swimming and movies drafted by Sarnia Sting (OHL) in 2000 in the third round.
