Sprints and Hurdles
This group is led by Senior Alicia Taylor, who owns the Mid-American Conference 60-meter hurdle record of 8.38, set this season during the indoor campaign. She owns the fastest time in school history in the 100-meter hurdles (13.84) and ranks fifth this season in the MAC (13.97). Taylor is joined by junior Valerie Holland in the 100-meter dash, ranking fourth in the MAC with an 11.83, set at the All-Ohio Championships back in April, which ranks second all-time in BGSU history. Freshman Nicole Standback will also be competing in the 100-meter hurdles, while Heather Gustin and Lyndi Springer will lead BGSU in the 400-meter hurdles.
Distance
Senior Amber Culp, arguably the top Falcon performer in the steeplechase of all-time, will lead a trio of runners in the distance events. Culp ranks third in the MAC in the steeplechase (10:42.89), the second fastest time in school history. Melissa Krueger and Kim Settle will also be two runners to look out for over the weekend. Krueger ranks eighth in the MAC in 1,500-meters (4:36.46) and 14th in the 800-meters (2:15.30). Jumps
The dynamic freshman duo of Erica Wilson and Veronica Vance, will look to score points for the Brown & Orange in the high-flying events. Wilson ranks eighth in the MAC in the high jump (5-06.25) and sixth in the long jump (19-05.50) set at the All-Ohio Championships, and ranks second all-time in BGSU history. Vance will be the Falcons top performer in the triple jump. She ranks eighth in the MAC with a mark of 38-02.75, a distance good enough for fourth all-time in BG history. Vance owns the top five marks in the triple jump for the Falcons this season.
Throws
