Bowling Green, Ohio - The following are post-game notes after the Falcons' 59-52 win over Toledo, Sunday in Anderson Arena.
The Falcons have won the last three meetings in Anderson Arena.
UT leads the overall series, 79-74.
BGSU has won all five Sunday MAC home games since the 2003-04 season.
BGSU is now 28-2 since the 2000-01 season when they hold an opponent below 59 points.
The Game
BGSU led 13-2 with 10:08 left in the first half.
The Rockets tied the score 22-22 with 3:59 to go in the half.
UT took a 25-22 lead on a triple by Sammy Villegas with 3:32 to go.
The Rockets led 27-23 with 1:47 on a dunk by Jonathan Amos.
BGSU tied the score at 27-27 on two free throws by junior Martin Samarco with 1:00 to go and a layup by junior Perrick Robinson with 31 seconds left in the half.
BGSU led most of the second half and had a 40-33 advantage with 10:40 to go.
The Rockets led 41-40 on a free throw by Justin Ingram with 8:54 left.
Following a free throw by junior Steven Wright to tie the score at 41-41, senior Mawel Soler hit a three-pointer with 7:15 and BGSU never trailed again.
Samarco hit a key three-pointer with 2:57 to go to give the Falcons a 54-47 lead.
The Rockets cut the lead to 55-52 on a pair of Ingram free throws with 50 seconds left, but a floater by junior John Floyd sealed the game with 21 seconds left.

The Falcons forced 24 turnovers which resulted in 18 points.
The 3,281 fans in attendance marks a season-high at home for BG.
The Falcons racked up 13 steals, one off their season-high.
Bowling Green was 83.3% (20-24) from the free throw line; it marks their most made free throws and highest percentage of the year.
Individual Notes
Soler set a career-high with 17 points, eight field goal attempts and five steals. He is averaging 10.3 points in MAC play.
Wright had 11 points, five assists and a season-high five steals.
Junior Matt Lefeld had eight points five rebounds and two blocks.
Robinson tied a career-high with five rebounds. He also had four points, three assists and two steals.
