AKRON, Ohio (AP) -- Zips' Quade Milum scored 22 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead Akron to an 80-44 thrashing of visiting Bowling Green on Sunday night.
Milum led all scorers while only playing 22 minutes, as 14 Zips players saw action on the court. All but one of them had points in the game, as Akron won its 20th in a row at home.
Jeremiah Wood added 12 and Brett McKnight contributed eight for the Zips (14-3, 4-0), who shot 48.5 percent from the field.
Akron jumped out to a 45-19 halftime lead, and outscored the Falcons by 10 in the second half.
Bowling Green (7-9, 2-2) shot only 33.3 percent and had 21 turnovers to Akron's seven.
Brian Moten scored 13 to lead the Falcons, who were 2-of-16 (12.5 percent) from behind the 3-point line.
