BGSU Athletics Releases Hockey Ticket Information for 2009-10 Season

BGSU Athletics today released complete pricing and timeline information for the upcoming 2009-10 season of Falcon Hockey.
Including their annual exhibition opener, the Falcon icers will play host to 18 total games at the BGSU Ice Arena in 2009-10. The complete schedule is expected to be released by the Central Collegiate Hockey Association office in the coming weeks.
“Fans have asked how they can support Falcon hockey, and buying tickets to cheer on the team is perhaps the most visible and accessible way for everyone to support our team,” said Director of Athletics, Greg Christopher. “We have also added the ‘Falcon Assist’ Ticket Donation Program for fans that want to support the team but are unable to attend games. Whether it’s season tickets, a Falcon Flex Pack or buying tickets through ‘Falcon Assist’, there are several options for fans to cheer on BGSU Hockey.”
Single-game ticket prices and group rates will remain at the same levels as the 2008-09 season across the board. Season ticket prices range from $100-$240, and will once again include tickets for a potential CCHA Playoff home series. A new Falcon Flex Pack option will also be introduced for 2009-10, and offers the ultimate in affordability and flexibility with its $96 price point and 12 Bench Reserved ticket vouchers redeemable in any combination at any regular season home game.

NEW “Falcon Assist” Ticket Donation Program
Fans that live away from Bowling Green or can’t attend games can still tally an assist by purchasing season tickets to help support Falcon Hockey. Available as a tax deductible opportunity at the General Admission season ticket price level of $120, all season tickets purchased through the “Falcon Assist” Ticket Donation Program will be donated to youth-oriented non-profit organizations in the Wood County area.

New season ticket orders may be placed now online at BGSUFALCONS.COM, over the phone by calling 877-BGSU TICKET or stopping by the BGSU Athletic Ticket Office in the main lobby of Anderson Arena/Memorial Hall (M-F, 9am-5pm). The season ticket renewal process will begin on July 6 and proceed as detailed in the timeline below. For the first time, season ticket holders can choose a two-installment payment plan* available exclusively for online renewals. Those looking to use the payment plan option must initiate their renewal prior to the August 17 early renewal deadline, and online renewals will be available through the final renewal/seat release deadline of September 7.
