Solway Named Among CCHA Scholar-Athlete Candidates

Senior David Solway has been named among eleven players as an outstanding scholar-athlete this year.

Senior captain David Solway (Green Bay, Wisc.) has been named among eleven student-athletes to be a candidate for CCHA Scholar-Athlete of the year. The winner of the honor will be decided at the annual CCHA Awards, presented by the EBC Financial Group on March 17.

Nominees must maintain a cumulative grade point average of above 3.25 through the fall of the selection year to be eligible and must have the endorsement by a faculty athletic representative.

A supply-chain management major at the University, Solway will represent Bowling Green at the annual awards banquet held on March 17 in Detroit, Michigan. The event will be held in the Fox Theatre and is open to the public.
