Freshman Tommy Burke continues to thrive between the pipes for injured senior Andrew Hammond. Burke helped the Falcons earn a 0-1-1 record over the weekend, including a shootout win on Saturday, stopping all four shots in the shootout. Burke set a career high Friday, making 27 stops on 28 shots. The Chaska, Minn. native finished the two game set against Ohio State with1.93 goals-against-average, and a .923 save percentage.Postgame Offensive Player of the Week

Kunyk had two assists in a 6-3 loss at Ferris State on Friday and added a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over the Bulldogs on Saturday. He finished the weekend +2 with 10 shots on goal.
Gladiator Defenseman of the Week
Zach Sternberg, LSSU
Jr. (Toronto, ON)
Sternberg had two assists and was the Perani Cup second star in a 3-2 win over Michigan State on Friday and added an assist in a 4-2 loss to the Spartans on Saturday. He finished the weekend +2, with four blocks and three shots on goal.

Hjelle stopped 25 shots and was the Perani Cup first star in a 1-0 shutout win over Bowling Green on Friday.
