Falcons Fall at #17 Missouri

RESULTS
The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team dropped a 196.250-193.825 decision Friday night versus the Missouri Tigers. BGSU scored over 48.000 on all four events as they posted their second-highest team score of the season.
The evening could not have started much better for the Orange and Brown as they posted a season-best 48.525 on the uneven bars. Monica Eaton scored a season-best 9.825 to finish third in the meet. Freshman Gina Locigno was not far behind, scoring a 9.775 to finish in a tie for fourth.
Danielle Wishart and Jamilah Ali led the way on vault, finishing third and fifth with scores of 9.825 and 9.800. The Falcons finished rotation two with a score of 48.650.
BGSU moved over to the floor in rotation three and totaled 48.625 on the event. Ali and Wishart finished in a tie for fifth with scores of 9.775. Megan Harrington and Megan Valentini finished eighth and 10th with scores of 9.725 and 9.700.
The Falcons ended on beam and had a pair of standout performances by Harrington and Ali, both finishing third with 9.800's.
BGSU returns to action on Fri., Mar. 2 with a trip to Ball State. The dual meet is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
