Falcons Set to Compete at All-Ohio This Weekend

HEAT SHEETS
The Bowling Green State University track and field team will travel to Oxford, Ohio for the All-Ohio Championships, hosted by the Miami University RedHawks on April 20-21 at George Rider Track.
A total of 16 women's teams will descend upon Oxford this weekend from schools in the state of Ohio set to compete in the All-Ohio Championships. In addition to BGSU and Miami, three other Mid-American Conference schools will be in attendance as Akron, Kent State and Ohio are scheduled to participate with Toledo the lone Ohio MAC school not attending. Other Division I schools include Cincinnati, Dayton, Wright State, Xavier and Ohio State, while several Division II schools will also be in attendance: Ashland, Central State, Findlay, Lake Erie College and Tiffin. Shawnee State, a NAIA member, is also taking part in the All-Ohio Championships, as well.
The two-day event begins on Friday., at 2 p.m. with the women's hammer throw. Saturday begins at noon with the women's long jump and shot put. A complete list of events can be found below.
Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for youth to get into George Rider Track both Friday and Saturday. Students can get in for free with a valid student ID. Programs and heat sheets will also be available and sold together for $2 at the entrance to the track.
