The Falcons defeated the Buckeyes at the Value City Arena for the first time since 2008, taking a 3-2 victory in the second game of the home-and-home series.
Bowling Green, Ohio-- Every week, the BGSU Athletic Communications Department will post a video of the Falcons' highlights from the previous weekend. Bowling Green took on Ohio State this past weekend in a home-and-home series. The Orange and Brown totaled five goals against the Buckeyes, including a 3-2 triumph over the Scarley and Grey on Saturday at the Value City Arena. It was the first time the Falcons defeated Ohios State at the Value City Arena since 2008. With the home-and-home series split, BGSU moved up to No. 18 in the USCHO Poll in its latest rankings. Bowling Green improved to an overall record of 8-3-1 on the season. The Falcons also improved to 6-1-1 on the road, marking their best start to the season on the road since 1987-88.
